Volunteering is a great way to support KOHM! By using your talents to assist with KOHM's operating tasks, you do the station a great service. Our volunteers are comprised of a rich and diverse blend of culturally motivated individuals committed to providing an invaluable service to South Plains Public Radio. As a volunteer, you become a part of an exciting and fulfilling network of fascinating people that share a love for public radio.
Volunteer Openings
Administrative Support - Help the station put together mailings, organize filings, input data entry and assist with other office services between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This type of volunteer work usually happens on an as-needed basis.
Bi-Annual Membership Campaign - Put your savvy phone skills to use when South Plains Public Radio kicks off its bi-annual membership campaign in the Spring and Fall. KOHM recruits groups as well as individuals. We try to provide coffee, snacks, and sometimes meals for our volunteers during our 2 fundraisers.
